In calcium carbon special dryer, the wet material is continuously added to the first drying plate on the upper part of the dryer from the feeder, and the rake arm with rake blade rotates to make the rake blade turn over the material continuously. The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential helix. The material on the small drying plate is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. On the large drying plate, the material moves inward and falls into the next layer of small drying plate from the middle blanking port. The large and small drying plates of calcium carbon special dryer are arranged alternately from top to bottom, so that the materials can flow through the whole dryer continuously. The hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and exports from the other end. The dried materials fall from the last layer of drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell, and are finally transferred by the rake blade to the discharge port for discharge.
