The shape of the cyclone separator is cylindrical and conical. When activated, the gas enters the inner parts of the device in a tangential manner from the lower part of the straight tube section, and the inner parts spirally rise for a separation. Most of the gas that meets the purification requirements is directly discharged from the top, and a small part of the gas and the separated dust are discharged from the top. A special bypass is set on the top to introduce the cone to perform secondary separation in the cone. The separated fluid returns to the primary separation zone along the axis at the lower part of the cone. A small amount of gas sends the dust into the ash bin and returns to the device.

Pressure drop

The fluid rotates up from the bottom of the straight cylinder section and is directly discharged from the top air outlet. The fluid flow path is short, and there is only one upward vortex in the inner part. The radial and axial velocity gradient of the fluid is small, and the fluid shear stress is small, so the pressure drop And low energy consumption (pressure drop is only about one-half of conventional cyclone dust collector)

Small amplification effect

Due to the small internal shear stress and low energy consumption, the rotation speed required for multiphase flow separation can still be ensured in large-diameter equipment, and the fluid in the device is not prone to turbulence, so the amplification effect is small. It overcomes the disadvantages of conventional equipment that has a significant amplification effect and requires multiple units to operate in parallel when a large amount of processing is required.

High separation efficiency

The special flow path design prevents the short circuit of the fluid and the hoisting of the particles in the cone and the ash silo, which greatly improves the separation efficiency, and has the characteristics of large operating flexibility and good operating stability.
