The MVR forced circulation evaporator is an evaporation process that combines the MVR evaporation process with the forced circulation process. MVR forced circulation continuous crystallizer uses external power to send the material in the crystallizer (separator) to the heating chamber for heat exchange and temperature rise, and then enters the crystallizer. This reciprocating cycle realizes continuous crystallization.
The Forced circulation evaporator supplier will introduce to you: the bottom of the crystallizer is equipped with a crystal slurry outlet (can be set with elutriation legs), and the material can only be discharged when it reaches the set solid-liquid level. The secondary steam passes through the gas-liquid separator from the upper part of the crystallizer, enters the compressor for compression, temperature rise, and pressure increase, and then is sent back to the heating chamber for heat exchange to maintain the evaporation temperature of the system. When the system is operating normally and stable, no make-up steam is required.
